2. Applicability<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. These Terms & Conditions apply to every offer, order and distance contract between Piramidanna and the customer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Before an agreement is concluded, the customer receives access to these terms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. If any provision is declared invalid, all other provisions remain fully in effect.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    3. The Offer<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. The product descriptions on the website are accurate and complete.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. As all creations are handmade, small variations in colour, shape or appearance<\/strong> may occur. This is part of the uniqueness of handcrafted items.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Obvious mistakes or errors in pricing or descriptions do not bind Piramidanna.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. All items are sold individually<\/strong>, unless indicated otherwise.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      4. The Agreement<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. The agreement is formed once the customer successfully completes the payment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Piramidanna will confirm the order via email.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. The customer is responsible for providing correct delivery information.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
        \n\n\n\n

        5. Prices & Payment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. All prices are listed in euros and include VAT (where applicable).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. Payment can be made through Stripe<\/strong> or PayPal<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. Orders are processed only after full payment has been received.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        4. Any additional bank charges are the customer\u2019s responsibility.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          6. Shipping & Delivery<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

          1. Orders are shipped via PostNL<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          2. A track & trace code will be provided (when available).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          3. Stated delivery times are indicative and may vary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          4. Piramidanna is not liable for delays caused by the carrier.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          5. If the customer provides an incorrect address, additional shipping costs will be charged.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            7. Transfer of Risk<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

            The risk of damage or loss is borne by Piramidanna until the order is delivered to the address provided by the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            8. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-off Period)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

            1. Customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days<\/strong> after receiving the product, without giving any reason.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            2. During this period, the product may be inspected but not used or damaged.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            3. Returns must be shipped within 14 days after the cancellation notice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
