RETURN POLICY – Piramidanna

Our goal is for you to be happy with your purchase. If something is not as expected, you may return your order in accordance with EU consumer law.

1. Cooling-Off Period (Right of Withdrawal)

Customers within the EU have the right to cancel their order within 14 days after receiving it, without giving any reason.

During this period, you may inspect the product but not use or damage it.

2. How to initiate a return

  1. Notify us within 14 days via Contact Form
  2. You will receive return instructions by email.
  3. Send the product back within 14 days after your return request.

3. Conditions for returning items

Returns are accepted only if:

  • the item is unused
  • the item is undamaged
  • the item is properly and securely packaged

The customer is responsible for damage caused by poor packaging during return shipping.

4. Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made items or products created specifically upon request
  • Digital products (if applicable)
  • Items that cannot reasonably be returned due to their nature

Handmade orgonite items are not considered custom unless created under specific customer instructions.

5. Return shipping costs

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Unpaid or insufficiently stamped returns will not be accepted.
  • Additional costs due to refusal or incorrect address are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, Piramidanna will:

  • refund the full purchase amount within 14 days,
  • using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

If the product has been used or damaged, a deduction may be applied.

7. Damaged or incorrect items

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours via:

  • the packaging
  • the damaged item
  • the issue

We will provide an appropriate solution.
