These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through the website:

By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Company Information

2. Applicability

  1. These Terms & Conditions apply to every offer, order and distance contract between Piramidanna and the customer.
  2. Before an agreement is concluded, the customer receives access to these terms.
  3. If any provision is declared invalid, all other provisions remain fully in effect.

3. The Offer

  1. The product descriptions on the website are accurate and complete.
  2. As all creations are handmade, small variations in colour, shape or appearance may occur. This is part of the uniqueness of handcrafted items.
  3. Obvious mistakes or errors in pricing or descriptions do not bind Piramidanna.
  4. All items are sold individually, unless indicated otherwise.

4. The Agreement

  1. The agreement is formed once the customer successfully completes the payment.
  2. Piramidanna will confirm the order via email.
  3. The customer is responsible for providing correct delivery information.

5. Prices & Payment

  1. All prices are listed in euros and include VAT (where applicable).
  2. Payment can be made through Stripe or PayPal.
  3. Orders are processed only after full payment has been received.
  4. Any additional bank charges are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  1. Orders are shipped via PostNL.
  2. A track & trace code will be provided (when available).
  3. Stated delivery times are indicative and may vary.
  4. Piramidanna is not liable for delays caused by the carrier.
  5. If the customer provides an incorrect address, additional shipping costs will be charged.

7. Transfer of Risk

The risk of damage or loss is borne by Piramidanna until the order is delivered to the address provided by the customer.

8. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-off Period)

  1. Customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days after receiving the product, without giving any reason.
  2. During this period, the product may be inspected but not used or damaged.
  3. Returns must be shipped within 14 days after the cancellation notice.
  4. The customer is responsible for:
    • return shipping costs
    • any decrease in value caused by improper handling
  5. Piramidanna will refund the purchase amount within 14 days after receiving the returned item.

Exceptions:
Personalised, customised or made-to-order items are not eligible for withdrawal.
(Handmade orgonite is not considered custom unless made specifically to customer request.)

9. Return Conditions

  1. Returned items must be unused, undamaged and properly packaged.
  2. Damage caused by inadequate packaging during return shipment is the customer’s responsibility.
  3. Returns must be announced in advance via info@piramidanna.com.

10. Guarantee & Quality

  1. Great care is taken in the creation of our handmade orgonites.
  2. Small imperfections, air bubbles, or natural variations in crystals are normal and do not constitute a defect.
  3. If an item arrives damaged, this must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  4. Piramidanna is not responsible for:
    • improper use
    • dropping or impact damage
    • water or heat damage
    • energetic interpretations or expectations

11. Disclaimer on Energetic Properties

  1. Descriptions of crystals and orgonite are based on traditional, symbolic or spiritual interpretations.
  2. Piramidanna does not make medical claims.
  3. The products are not a substitute for medical, psychological or therapeutic treatment.
  4. Customers with health concerns should always consult a medical professional.

12. Liability

  1. Piramidanna is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damage arising from the use of the products, unless caused by intent or gross negligence.
  2. Liability is always limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

13. Complaints Procedure

  1. Complaints must be submitted promptly via info@piramidanna.com.
  2. Piramidanna aims to respond within 5 working days.
  3. If the dispute cannot be resolved, customers may use the European ODR platform:
    https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

14. Force Majeure

Piramidanna is not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as:

  • natural disasters
  • strikes
  • transport disruptions
  • illness
  • fire
  • technical malfunctions
  • delays caused by PostNL

15. Intellectual Property

All photos, texts, designs and handmade creations on piramidanna.com are the intellectual property of Piramidanna.
Copying or using them without permission is not allowed.

16. Amendments to the Terms

Piramidanna may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The latest version will always be published on the website.
